Our parties are regular lifestyle common events and or lifestyle parties and lots of fun! We are open to our private members only, so get in to get it on :)
We host Members Only Private events and parties. You'll enter as strangers alone, & leave as friends, with friends :)* Membership is obtained with a small yearly dues. The dues help us to maintain the websites, ad, and to do outreach to other lifestylers to keep your fun quotient up.
*We are only open to Private Members... only. You must be over age 36 year old to become a member.
* A Note To Newbies: There's no way to know the real story to the Lifestyle without talking to seasoned lifestylers. so join us soon......you will be welcomed and made to feel right at home. Take things at your pace or jump in where you fit in ;0

We allow you to BYOB. Make sure there is a designated driver! Common mixers are furnished , if you are into exotic, best bring it. Soft drinks are available for those who choose not to drink. No Illegal activity allowed!XXX Adult Zone, so bring lingerie and change into it upon entering for intermingling fun friendships with other likeminded folks. Come join ....... and enjoy! Please note: we limit single men.
We offer our private members a great socializing site with areas to talk and mix it up in. Add in Play areas and just an all around great atmosphere, and you can see why we are a popular spot to party. We also prepare snacks and refreshments for you & the coffee is great & hot. Parties average around 20+ friendly folks....we purposely keep things small and cozy.
This is an adult playzone so as soon as you check in, you are to go & change in to your play clothes. Leave the outside world outside! We do have some unprotected areas visual to others outside, so bring a coverup to be outside! ABSOLUTELY NO PLAYING OR NOISE OUTSIDE!
Before you join, be sure to read the RULES:
- LEGAL ID is required the first time you enter the club. You may then use your party name at the party, but we must see legal ID.
- NO MEANS NO, IT DOESN'T MEAN PESTER!
- NO DRUGS
- NO LOUD NOISES OUTSIDE, TAKE IT INSIDE.
- NO DRUNKS/NO DRAMA/NO GUARANTEES...Swinging is by choice, not demand.
- NO CELL PHONES, give to check-in when you enter, & we will come get you if it rings, regardless of what you are doing ;)
- NO CAMERAS OR OTHER RECORDING DEVICES! No cell phones allowed. If your babysitter needs to call, leave the phone with the Check In & they WILL come and find you!
FOR PARTIES AND EVENTS:
BYOB. limit your drinking as no one likes a drunk, plus it messes up your playtime anyway! If you are drunk you will be asked to leave & escorted off premises. We are not responsible for monitoring your intake!Bring ANY supplies your think you will need. Bring a lingerie and dress in it as soon as you arrive. We Are Not Responsible for your items so LEAVE all valuables & your wallet in the car! Only bring your membership dues and donation to the party.
Remember!!! We have a New Year Special for you to join. This is an adult club for YOU, THE MEMBERS. AS members, it is up to each of you to decide what you do with your time onsite. YOU choose if or how you play & who with....or not. The events are not a guaranteed hookup. We offer nothing for sale. No one is paid for anything. Be kind to your hosts and pick up after yourself.
